Our team at ACF Game and Prop Hire are a bunch of event loving individuals who have a passion for the events industry! Each and every one of us take pride in providing a top notch service when you look to hire any of our games or props. It doesn’t matter if your hiring a fully themed game show with professional host, or just a handful of garden games. Our aim is to make this part of the event planning journey as smooth as possible for you.

When you enquire to hire a game or prop, one of our team will get back to you with a quote within 24 hours. And if you are looking for a game or prop that you can’t see on our website then just ask, as not every individual item will be listed. We are always creating and making new games and props to hire and will happily put together a quote for any bespoke games that you might be after. We apply the same philosophy to any enquiry, if it’s not already there….then we can very likely create it or source it for you.

We have a huge warehouse full of goodies, games and event equipment based in Bristol. Our team have a fantastic knowledge of Bristol and the South West and have worked with many venues in this area from 5 star country hotels to local sports clubs. We will work with the venues to ensure safe and timely delivery of your hired games and props.

A bit of history for you……

Our roots take us back to the 1980’s when we were predominantly an activity provider for corporate groups, but over the course of 25 years the business has diversified and grown significantly! We now offer a whole range of event services from games and prop hire as well as offering fully managed team building days, evening events and company fun days.
